The Suffolk County Crime Stoppers have offered a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of a man who allegedly stole assorted groceries from the Islandia Stop & Shop on Vets Highway.
Investigators with the Suffolk County Police Department are attempting to track down the man, who allegedly shoplifted the groceries at approximately 4 p.m. on March 23.
In response, the Crime Stoppers offered a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest of the shoplifting suspect. Anyone who recognizes her, or who has information regarding the incident can contact Crime Stoppers to submit a tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, texting “SCPD” and the message to ‘CRIMES” (274637) or by email at www.tipsubmit.com.
